Dramatic Irony - irony that is inherent in speeches or a situation of a drama and is understood by the audience but not grasped by the characters in the play.
Dramatic irony meaning when characters in a play are acting and during a scene the audience sees and interprets it in a way the the people acting may not grasp.
Situational Irony irony involving a situation in which actions have an effect that is opposite from what was intended, so that the outcome is contrary to what was expected.
like a scene in a play could be brought forth the audience intending to mean peace, but maybe taken as a hateful or violent scene, when something it portrayed by the actors in one way, but to the audience in a completely unintended way.
